Ok I will go first. "Los cronocrímenes" or "Timecrimes". http://amazon.imdb.com/title/tt0480669/ A man accidentally gets into a time machine and travels back in time nearly an hour. Finding himself will be the first of a series of disasters of unforeseeable consequences. This movie is really awesome, much better than Primer or any other Time Travel based scifi flick I've seen. Ok now you recommend one!

I still recommend Bajo la misma luna...excellent movie if ever there was one.

My all-time favorite is still "Y tu mamá también," though I'm dying to watch "El laberinto de Pan."

I'm not 100% sure if it counts, but the "Mexico" series by Robert Rodriguez is always good. The movies are in spanish, and were shot in Mexico, with mexican actors though.
