How do you say peanut butter?

Several options: In some countries, the word "peanut/s" is "maní; in others it is "cachuate" and in others "cachuete". Maybe there are other ways also. You can say "mantequilla [butter] de cacahuate (cacahuete, maní) or you can also say crema (cream) de cacahuate (cachuete, maní).
