Daivi, mi querido amado... is correct but in Spanish it sounds clunky because you just have two adjectives sitting there. A more natural phrase would be "Mi querido Daivi" or "Daivi, mi amado" or "Daivi, mi querido amor". Hope this helps. There are lots of good Spanish pet names for boyfriends/spouses, but at this moment I can only think of my favorite (mi corazón).
