I don't think the last part is going to make it past the censors, but if you are lucky, you will see it before I get flagged for it. It's that way of speaking that boriquas have. I've been blessed to enjoy their manner of speech they have, and I try everyday to equate it as much as possible. Yes...a perra is a female dog...which is what you'd say in that situation, I think. I was always a big fan of "Asi que tu sepas" which is a forceful way of saying "Just so you know." Contrary to what some may say, I'm not really a street dog. I've done my research and etomology studies (can you even beleive I said that word????) and they say those from P/R speak the most like those in Spain. Did you know there was a place in Spain called Puerto Rico?

Me das los cuernos doesn't always mean you are cheating on me. It also means you don't respect me. Also it means, like if someone is making fun of you or playing with you...that tambien is dando los cuernos. Any type of thing that someone is dando los cuernos.

I'm gonna tell you something, and maybe you might see it, maybe not. But when I am speaking spanish with a native speaker, and if you took that and ran it for the translator, half the words wouldn't even register. Because how we speak in normal like and how we speak in here are entirely different. Like one of my favorite words, "hembra" A cuban word. The translator will tell you it is a female animal, when in fact I'm talking about my daughter. Or my nena. Translator will tell you it's my daughter, when in fact it's my wife. I'm just saying to you and everyone, I'm just a normal voice. What I tell you is how we speak around here, in real life, everyday. If you try to run it in a translator, it won't work. You'll get confused as to the true meaning of the words. Yes...I called her a B*&#%. That's exactly what I meant. It wasn't a mistake. He wanted P/R flavor, and I have it too him. '-)
