With the help of a "Google" search, I suggest it means:
"that material goods do not prevent us from following Jesus as happened to the young man of the gospel"
Joven means, among other things, "young man", and
Evangelio, among other things, means "gospel"
"If thou wilt be perfect, go sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."
On hearing these words the young man went away sad, for he had great possessions.
Let us be clear about this young man of the Gospel.
(Hablemos claro sobre este joven del Evangelio)
