I have a question close to that.

"Zara" is a Spanish brand, isn't it? And I know, that it reads as "Z", not as "S". I know that "Zara" is not Spanish name, but......

Your name can change in Spanish like "Peter = Pablo or Robert = Roberto" but your name would still be Sarah. That is how people would still adress you, as Sarah.
