My submission:

Eres tan suficiente, y estoy hartando. ¡Ahora de rodillas y pídame!

(You are so full of yourself, and I am fed up. Now get down on your knees and beg me.)

Ruego corecciones a mi gramática, por favor.

  • With out a english translation it is hard to provide corrections. Is it supposed to be "You are so full of yourself, and I am fed up. Now on your knees and ask me! - Daniel Oct 7, 2009 flag
  • Good point, Daniel. I will do that from now on. - Goyo Oct 7, 2009 flag

pufffffff, cool mad, I am not posting any more, I never get selected! grrrrrrrrrrr

Eres tan suficiente (???), y me estoy hartando. ¡Ahora de rodillas y pídeme perdón!

Hmmm, I am sorry to see there has been a mistake in the definition of this word.

OMG, I fortunately accustom to check so I am seeing this:

suficiente.

  1. adj. Bastante para lo que se necesita.

  2. adj. Apto o idóneo.

  3. adj. Pedante, engreído que habla con afectación.

I was going to say that suficiente does not mean engreído, however as it seems it does..confused

I have not only never used the adjective like this but I have no idea where this is used and how, certainly not in Spain. Actually, so much so I thought your sentence was quite incorrect. And for me it is, it would not be understood over here.

We do use autosuficiente, self-sufficient.

Se buscan correcciones de mi gramática, .

This sentence sounds weird, Greg. I would recommend something like: Ruego me corrijan las faltas, ruego correcciones.....

  • omg, jejeje, I did get selecte...jeje, anyway, I was just kidding, as everybody knows. - Heidita Oct 7, 2009 flag
  • Gracias.

(Unless we have enough gas, we won't get to San Felipe.)

I wanted to use the present subjuctive tense.

  • suficiente gasolina, no vamos a llegar - Heidita Oct 7, 2009 flag

jejeje, Iza y yo vamos a tener una competición, pero no te creas, Izan, Izabela es una seria competidora, también Daniel.....mucha competencia me parece a amí.

Con si condicional no va el subjuntivo en presente.

Si obtengo.....
