"En la gramática del castellano, el sustantivo o nombre sustantivo es la clase de palabra que puede funcionar (con o sin artículo) como sujeto de la oración.
En otras palabras, es la parte variable de la oración que sirve para nombrar y dar a conocer las personas, animales y cosas materiales e inmateriales. Son sustantivos por ejemplo, Juan, Mujer, Loro, Lápiz, Tristeza, Amor, Colombia."

"Nombre", o "Sustantivo" en un contexto, es lo mismo.
Pero, cada palabra además tiene otros significados en otros contextos.
