Do people in Spanish speaking countries have regional accents as do people in English speaking countries? Thank you to all who answer and/or edit my question.

Yes they do. The people of South Spain (Andalusia) sound WAY different than the people of Madrid.

In special operations, when you learn a new language, you actually have to learn the dialect from the area you are "supposed to be from".
