También means "me too."

For example, somebody says, "Me gusta nadar." (I like to swim)

If you agree, you say, "A mí también."

--If you wanted to know, saying "me neither" is tampoco.

For example, is somebody says, "No me gusta nadar." (I don't like to swim)

If you agree, you say "A mí tampoco."

También means too or also. I can mean me too with the a mí. - qfreed Oct 2
When the speaker is the indirect object of the sentence use "a mí también" (such as with gustar like verbs). When the speaker is the subject of the sentence use "Yo también" (jugar, bailar, etc) - Izanoni1 Oct 2

"Darlo unas vueltas, también." = Stir it, too.

You might say this if you're teaching someone to cook and they say "can I use the beater to make the batter?" or something like that, and you might say "yes, but stir it too"

Tres coches también dieron vueltas de campana a causa de la tormenta de hielo. (Three cars also somersaulted as a result of the ice storm.)

I love that expression - dar vueltas de campana! (Although it wold not be fun to be inside the vehicle...)
