Also the name of an multi-national organisation (partly government funded) that has recently come into light in America after undercover reporting uncovered that some of the people in their organisation have some views that are unpopular and rather unsavoury amongst even the more liberal minded of folk! (but will leave that issue to elsewhere)
Oh and in that case it stands for "Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now"
- What could be more American than avoiding paying taxes (legally or otherwise). - qfreed Oct 2, 2009 flag
- If taxes are due, and we don't pay them, it's basically stealing. - Chobit Oct 2, 2009 flag
- Ya know, 9 times out of 10 you can swap the word 'american' for 'human' and the sentence would be just as correct - AnnoLoki Oct 2, 2009 flag
- So you say, human is a synonym for American? - Zoltán Oct 2, 2009 flag
- No I'm saying that Americans often forget there's a whole world of people out there that aren't necessarily all too different! - AnnoLoki Oct 2, 2009 flag

An acorn is translated 'bellota'. Don't forget to add 'the' in front of it to make it proper. It would then be: 'la bellota'.
Here's the description i got from wikipedia: The acorn, or oak nut, is the nut of the oak tree. It usually contains a single seed (rarely two seeds) and enclosed in a tough, leathery shell. Here's a picture: click here It's also known that squirrils eat them.
