My friends used the word,"oui," in response to "gracias." What does that mean?

my friends sent me a picture of an orange ferrari on facebook and i responded to it wiht," gracias sinórita. Ellos es bonito!" and she resonded with, "eh . . . oui?" does any one know what that means? is it an acronym?

To whom or what does the ellos refer?

Ellos son bonitos. (Ud. y el coche)

El (coche) es bonito.

Maybe she was making fun of your poor grammar referring to it as if you were speaking another foreign language.
