Que numero usar usted?

How are u suppose to u "usar" in this sentence?

Instead of Que it should be Qué and with usted it is "usa" Hope this helps. If I am not mistaken you should use the word Cuál instead of Qué with this sentence.

I'm guessing you mean "¿Qué numero usa?" (note the accent above Qué) meaning "What number do you use?"?
