Can some translate arranca en baja please?

If we were discussing an automobile I would assume it to mean start in a low gear. If it refers to an electrical device it could be start up at a low speed, low voltage, etc.

It definitely sounds like the context of boot up or start up rather than tear out, snatch, etc.

Also means to "get down." Like party. Like we are going to Bills party and we are arranque hasta (en) bajo, we are gonna get down. We gonna light the roof on fire. wink
