Ok, mi palabra favorita es "taquicardía"

I THINK it has a few meanings (perhaps someone can help me). I think that is means both "heart attack" and also something like "fever" or "shivers", as in, a beautiful person gives me "taquicardía". I think... I am trying to guess at its usage based on observation.
