*Y diria su frase ...con que dije, pero con "increible" en lugar de "maravilloso"

I have to go with the present subjunctive here and use "tengas" as you posted. I also agree with your use of "maravilloso".

"Espero que tengas un día maravilloso."
"Tengas un día lleno de divertido" (Have a day full of fun.)
