Tips on getting a Visa?

Question

Does anyone have any tips on the best way or how to go about getting a Visa for a Mexican Citizen to come to the United States? Any tips or any information at all would be very appriciated. I have been doing a lot of reading on all of the government web sites. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything that might be of some help.

Ummmmm..........call the consulate in your city? Maybe....hmmmm.....call the government where you want a visa?
