Hi BabyM I'm from central Mexico, ninty miles away from Mexico City, and know what aztec drink you are talking about. Its called "Atole". Atole Blanco (white atole) is the unsweeten Aztec beverage, so you might need a "piloncio" (brown sugar). the two best atoles I try so far are, Cajeta (light brown atole, the best of all atole, so sweet), Arroz (Rice, also white atole, second sweetest), and Cacao (dark brown atole). Other flavors are Garbanzo (tan-like atole)
