How do I say that ? I have lived here the longest ,and therefore the driveway parking spot is mine ? .

You either say it standing at a considerable distance from the person or with a gun in your hand.
Be magnanimous and share the spot. You use it this month, I'll use it next month.

Quentin, remember, whenever you see the contiuous tense in English, use
llevar
Llevo aquí más tiempo que usted, por eso este sitio/parking/sitio de aparcar es mío!
LLevo viviendo aquí.....but this is not necessary, as llevar says it all.
He vivido aqui mas tiempo que usted, por lo tanto el sitio para aparcar es mio.
But it would be nicer to say... He vivido aqui mucho tiempo y siempre utilizo el mismo sitio para aparcar, por lo que le agradeceria permitirme seguir haciendolo.
Mejor que todo eso...porque no poder un compromiso con esa persona?
