As for your question it's "ella comprende" (she understands).

I'll tell you...plays it like a game. Ella (a) ...ella (o)....ella (ieste)....etc. Don't make your life hard. Ain't it hard enough??? Think of it as a game....this will help you bunches! Ella comprender...(a), (o), (iste), ect.
