If I am speaking to a group, which would be correct for "stand up".....de pie or levántense? Which is correct for "sit down" sentarse or síentense?

levántense & síéntense will work fine and are common (there are, of course, other possibilities).

Siéntense is what I was taught to use in school. smile

When I was in Mexico we used "Síentense" to tell a group of children to sit down.
