¿Tomas tú a esta mujer como tu esposa? Sí.
I was surprised to see tú used, but I guess it is.

But the same is in Polish, where the form of the verb is personalised and conjugated, but still the pronoun "you" is used - for emphasis I guess. Also, church and ceremonial jargon is quite elevated, matching the occasions and matters concerned.
