"giving" as an adjective

I want to say that these examples are able to show that human beings can be giving and humble.

"Estos ejemplos pueden mostar que los seres humanos sea (giving)"

You could say "Estos ejemplos demuestran que los humanos pueden ser generosos y humildes".
