Maybe "incendio" is more of an out of control fire, or a larger fire? Just curious.

Hmmm, not exactly the same.

Fuego is any kind of fire, material, physical...jeje, you also say in Spanish:

¿Me da fuego? Can I have a light?

However, incendio is something on fire.

I think the incendio might be more like we use it in English as "set fires" like in arson or explosive devices rather than fire in general.
