Who cares what it's called. Let's eat! It sounds delicious. Can we have beer with it?

If you had mentioned the type or kind of meat-beef,-lamb, chicken, strips, cubes, shredded, hamburger it might help narrow it down.

This is so general that when I googled the ingredients I got both enchiladas and tomales.

However, look closely at the name "enchilada".
