I need some help with some spanish. - how do you say she is shorter than me?; ella es menos alta que mí, o ella es menos alta que yo - Which is correct: Ella es un poco reservada o Ella es una poca reservada - How do you say " I spent a lot of time with her" ? - Is this how you would say I think I am talkative? : Yo penso soy un poco sociable - Is this correct? : "aveces soy desordenada"

poco, adverbs do not show concordance as adjectives do

Oddly enough, the MTs all get it wrong in strange ways.

For "She is shorter than me." Google gives "ella es más bajo que yo." (wrong gender) Free Translation gives "Ella es más corta que yo." (wrong adjective, in this case) Yahoo/Babelfish gives "ella es más corta que mí." (wrong adjective and wrong form/case for the pronoun).

For "She is shorter than I." (which would be better, grammatically) Google gives "ella es menor que yo" (wrong adjective) Free Translation gives "Ella es más corta que I." (wrong adjective and, apparently they are unable to do anything with the correct pronoun). Yahoo/Babelfish gives "ella es más corta que el I." (wrong adjective and, apparently they do not recognize that "I" is a pronoun and attempt to interpret as a (proper) noun.

That they all get it wrong is only mildly surprising (although I thought the sentence was fairly simple) but the variety and nature of the misinterpretations strike me as, somewhat, surprising.
