Do I have to type in the upside down questions mark, and if so, how do I do that?

yes you do or the answers marked wrong. underneath where you type are the letters with the spanish accents just click on the one you need

Yes, you MUST type the upside down question mark. And you must also type the upside down exclamation point, and all the tildes.
