What are the differences between Spanish in Spain vs. Spanish in Mexico

I understand that vosotros is not used in Mexico but what other differences are there?

There are many but there are also differences in Spanish within Mexico. Different expressions, different accents and dialects. Also, Mexico is an extremely stratified and class-conscious culture and language is one way that people distinguish themselves.
