Okay. Are you trying to ask how to ask this in Spanish, or are you just informing us of a liking of yours?
OK... The things that I like doing in the week-ends are: talk on the phone, do some shopping and listing to music.
Better....... During the weekends, I like to talk to my friends on the telephone, love to shop for bargains and listing to great music, like the Rolling Stones, and other oldies but greats- Yea, week-ends are great for me.
To address the grammar, when you are creating a series try to make all items in the series as close in format as possible. It makes them more recognizable as a list. You used the gerund for 2 of your 3 items. Make the third a gerund also. I modified your title.
