i think it means something like 'in a group you discover that there is a new boy/girl that is a little forgotten/ left out? what do you do?'

Your translation is pretty good. You should change "group" to "class party."

Please let me remind you that proper capitalization and punctuation are mandatory here on the forum; we have lots of members learning English and we don't want to confuse them with improper English. wink
