ASK A QUESTION How do you use "niña"?

If you're looking for a direct translation it would be "with me girl". Niña could be a pet name or a name for a small girl.
I'm not sure what text you're using it in, or if maybe you're looking for something a little more in-depth, but those would be my thoughts.

I might get me a little trouble for telling you this, but nina is a kinda vanilla way of saying any female child. Some of us (especially us who have been around cubans) may use "hembra", which i wouldn't encourage you to use. It's just something that if you hear you'll know "hembra" and "nina" are the same. Mija is "my child". It's a thing that came from New York Buriquas. So, Nina, Hembra, and Mija are all (casi) the same!! (Me van a castigar por eso!) ![]()
My first thought was "with my daughter."
My second thought was the album "¿Dónde Jugarán Las Niñas?" by Molotov which has a slightly less innocent connotation.
