Hey guys, I was wondering how this is expressed? I want to use it in a sentence along the lines of "If we use X, this allows us to do X"

Would it be

esta nos posibilita...?

Many thanks for the help everyone!!

Esto nos permite a (whatever verb in the inifinitive).

That final "a" reminds me of "to" in English, and it is a typical mistake among English speakers. Whichever verb follows "permite" is a direct object; that's why it must be an infinitive, and that's why "a" should not be used.

You would only use 'esta' if the noun you are referring to with 'this' is a feminine noun in spanish.
