Could the word be "Huero" ?
Defined as ' a person with light colored hair' ?

The correct spelling is
güey
I found this written by a Mexican:
I also found this:
wey mexican slang, wey = dude

Although I don't know exactly what is being said, I think the first part is actually "Wey" in Mexico it is term of endearment, among friends.

Could it be you're hearing "way-boe"?
If so, it is huevo, and they are calling you an egg or a testicle.
- Hmm... I never thought about that, let's see what he says. - LAtINaPunKRO Aug 30, 2009 flag
- There is a distinct difference between "huevo" and "WAY-DOE" I understand it to mean a light or fair complexed person. - learningespa Aug 30, 2009 flag
