i need to be able to conversate with friends and clients recently arrived from puerto rico with little grasp of american english. please help me, everything from appropriate greetings to commands, queries and even seduction if possible...

If you look at the Beginner's Group page, you will find a list of links that will lead you to some of these to help you to get started.

By the way, conversate is not a verb in the English language. The verb is converse.
