You have some misspellings so it's not clear what is said.

The first word could be quédate or cuídate which would have completely different meanings.
I'm guessing the latter.

cuídaté, amor, si quieres algo de mí (a mí?)

Is the jammi something that you heard or that you saw in print? Are you just spelling is like you heard it?

This is too unclear for me to guess.

quidate= Cuidate? se= si? queres= quieres jammi= mami? de mi?

I think it says:

"Take care, (my) love, If you need (want) anything(something), Mami (from mi)"

is jammi pronounced with a "J" sound? This would not be Spanish then, it might be a name?
