Does the phrase "bring the rain forward" means in meteorology to make rain happen? How would you translate it in Spanish ?

llevar adelante la lluvia. Would be the translation in spanish, but I'm not sure that would be in the term if meteorology. I hope that helps!

Sounds like something God would command in the Bible. Fairly dramatic saying whatever it means.

Now if we were making a weather map where we had weather symbols (clouds, rain) on one layer, map features on another, isobars on another, etc. overlaying each other and someone said "bring the rain forward" or move that layer atop the other one, then maybe....
