  • I’m not familiar with the term used licenciatura, but I have heard un grado en la carrera = meaning a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Also, health care management is rather broad term in both English and Spanish, so I guess the verbiage would depend on which University you attended:

health care management = la gestión de la asistencia médica, el cuidado de la salud, la preocupación por la salud

Therefore, I am offering the following suggestion:

  • Recibí [de la Universidad] un grado en la carrera de la gestión de la asistencia médica

For your second sentence, I offer this:

  • Tengo el deseo y la meta de aprender hablar español como un professional para servir mejor a la comunidad hispana

(I have the desire and goal of learning to speak Spanish like a pro to better serve the Hispanic community)

Your question: My desire and goal is to learn how to speak Spanish at a professional level so that I may better serve the hispanic community.

Translation: Mi deseo y objectivo es aprender hablar espanol a un nivel profesional para servirle mejor a la comunidad hispana.

It is not correct to use "son" (plural) after deseo and goal (as shown above) since both are singular and the verb must match just as it does in English. You do not say "My desire and goal ARE to learn..." and likewise, you must not do this in Spanish.

Also, you speak "at" a professional level not "in" a professional level. That is why you should use "a" rather than "en". You may want to substitute "mas efectivamente" for "mejor".
