What is the rainest town in Colombia, South America?

I am trying to find out if there is a town in Colombia, South America called Lloro that is supposed to be the rainest town near the Equator.

If you Google Earth to LLoro, zoom out (if your zoom factor is preset). Notice the cloud cover over the area. Google Earth tries to take their pictures in the sunny season on a clear day. (They couldn't find one!)
