Questions used at the auto repair shop

Question

While Rosetta Stone has started me off quite well with vocabulary and accent, I've cheated a bit and used the translation portion of this web site to frame some often used questions. Are they grammatically correct? I have found that when asking the questions in Spanish, most people are grateful to hear their language that they are too polite to correct me. I will ask them, in English, if what I said was correct and am never corrected.

"Estoy llamando al servicio de (My Garage)..."

"¿Cuál es su dirección?"

"¿Cuál es su apellido?"

"¿Dónde está su coche aparcado?"

"Su coche está aparcado alli"

"Su coche está listo"

Lo siento. "I am calling from (my garage) service..." "What is your address?" "What is your last name?" "Where is your car parked?" "Your car is parked over there" "Your car is finished"

"I am calling from (my garage) service..."

The only reason that I inquired was I didn't know whether you were trying to say that you were calling from ("de", desde) your service department or whether you were trying to call to ("a", para) your service department, or whether you were calling for (in behalf of, "por") the service department.

I'm not a native, so I'll let them weigh in on whether what you wrote in English and Spanish agree.
