I am having trouble sending private messages...

Question

Is it because I am too new to the site? Or is everyone having this problem and it just has something to do with the site? Thank you.

I haven't actually tried sending a private message yet, but if it doesn't work for you, you should probably report it. Click on the yellow "feedback" tab on the upper left to do that...

I, too, am having problems sending PMs.

So, we'll try ye ol' megaphone ... hey, LAZARUS ... I can't respond to your PMs from last night ... will do so as soon as it is fixed. If you need my email address sooner, you can email Quentin; he may still have it. Also Heidita, but Quentin may be faster for the present time. Q, I authorize you to give it to Lazarus ONLY.

Interesting -- what's the problem? Do you get any error message? Does it look as if it went through successfully, but you happen to know that the recipient did not receive it?

It was working for me as of a couple days ago, anyway... I haven't sent or received anything since then... we'll definitely look into it. Sorry. :(

The page goes completely blank, all white with no writing at all. It doesn't look like it went through, and I don't see anything in my Sent folder. I reported the problem to the Feedback tab, but I don't know when, and if, I will get answer. Until then, I will just keep trying to send the message.

I tried sending two PM's to Paralee an hour or two ago and they didn't go through, but I got an error message. It was 500 or 550 or something like that. I just ignored it and sent it by regular email.

Yeah, I noticed it because I was actually trying to PM you (qfreed) about my other post, not being able to type the accents. Haha. I am still working on your second set of suggestions and will get back to you if I still have problems. Thank you so much.

I get the same blank page... and, of course, it makes me wonder whether the message went through, but I have no means to checking. Either Paralee and hhmdirocco's are purposefuly ignoring me, which I doubt, or they never were sent.
