If I exist, and I believe you exist, why don't others exist? Do they not deserve the chance at survival at mere conception of thought? Where are these foresaken background people?

It was merely a question of philosophy... Not meant to confuse or annoy. Why can certain things be, but others can't? Is that so difficult to believe?

Based on your proposition, if you asked the "background people" if you existed they would say no. In that case you can't ask the question in the first place.
